Hyxo

Hyxo was not founded to conquer. It was founded to connect.

Built upon the foundations of an ancient Elysion temple site, Hyxo stands where sea meets land, where routes converge and paths intertwine.

From the beginning, its rulers chose neutrality and tolerance over dominance. Its borders were opened freely for trade, travel and religion, and remain so to this day.

This made Hyxo the neutral heart of Crownvale. Its harbors grew busy and its markets flourished.

But tolerance comes at a price.

Hyxo has become a hotspot for illegal trade, mercenaries and religious fanatics. Its streets grow less safe with each passing day. Yet the King refuses to acknowledge the Kingdom's problems, choosing instead to live in the luxury and comfort his predecessors left behind.

To him, neutrality is not weakness. It is responsibility.
